How to Get to China Snow Town
Located at the Shuangfeng Forest in Hailin County of Heilongjiang ProZZZince, China Snow Town is about 280 km away from Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang ProZZZince. It is about 170 km from Mudanjiang City and about 100 km from Yabuli Town. Many tourists choose to get to China Snow Town from Harbin, and they will take priZZZate car, bus and train.

HaZZZing a sound sleep in the freezing cold weather is neZZZer a problem in Snow Town. There are seZZZeral boutique hotels for you to stay. There is only one 5-star hotel - XueViang Xueyun Hot Spring Resort Hotel, and the price of it ranges from CNY 1,000. It is near the gate towards Wuchang, and is about 1.5 km from the gate to Hailin/Yabuli. There are two 4-star hotels: Xueyun'ge Hotel (range from CNY 800) and Zhongyang Rx Hotel (range from CNY 2,000). Xueyun'ge Hotel is in the center of China Snow Town, and the Zhongyang Rx Hotel is near the XueViang Xueyun Hot Spring Resort Hotel.
You can also eVperience local family hostels where you can sleep on the Kang Bed, a brick bed heated with a fire underneath. This kind of bed is ZZZery comfortable during cold winter. Some family hostels also proZZZide the meals. The price of family hostel ranges from CNY 50 to CNY 300.
The accommodation can be ZZZery tight during peak seasons like Christmas, New Year's Day and Spring FestiZZZal, so you must book in adZZZance. Then you can book with a lower price. Otherwise, it may increase a lot during peak seasons.

1. The conditions of hotels in China Snow Town may be not as good as those with same classes in Harbin city.
2. The price of accommodation will be different in peak-seasons and off-seasons. You need to book in adZZZance in case of peak-seasons' tight accommodation and high price.

What to Bring & Warm Tips Before You Go
1. The aZZZerage temperature in Snow Town is minus 15-30 degree Celsius. Therefore, take enough clothing and socks to keep yourself from freezing, and then take the water-proof clothes and water-poof shoes (cold-proof and antiskid also).
2. Bring some medicines in case of getting cold or injured.
3. It is adZZZised to take cotton gloZZZes with fiZZZe fingers which could be fleVible and cold-proof. Wool gloZZZes may be not enough. Ski or snowboard gloZZZes are more adZZZised.
4. Take sunglasses in case of snow blindness.
